At Arregui Villas, we believe an office isn’t just a place to receive clients. It’s the first point of contact with how we work, our philosophy, and the way we understand the real estate sector.
That’s why, when we decided to create our new office in Dénia, we were absolutely clear that we didn’t want a conventional space. We wanted a place that conveyed the same feeling we look for in every home we market: warmth, balance, quality, and personality.
We’re especially excited to share that Decowood Pro wanted to showcase this project as an example of design and interior styling for professional spaces, using their BIMBA table as a desk and work area.
A project designed entirely by Arregui Villas
Unlike many commercial projects, this office didn’t come about through an external interior design studio.
From start to finish, the entire concept, layout, selection of materials, lighting, the functionality of each space, and the final image have all been developed entirely by Juan Manuel Arregui and Irene Estravis, founders of Arregui Villas.
From the first sketch to the very last decorative detail, every decision was guided by one very clear idea:
Create an office that feels like a home.
A space where clients, collaborators, and the team could feel comfortable from the very first moment—and where the experience of buying or selling a home begins even before you sit down at a desk.
A space that represents the way we work
Our work involves accompanying people through one of the most important decisions of their lives.
That’s why we wanted to move away from the traditional concept of a real estate office.
The result is an open, bright, and serene space, where natural materials, clean lines, and a color palette inspired by the Mediterranean take center stage.

The office combines noble materials such as natural wood, microcement, handcrafted ceramics, and carefully studied warm lighting to create a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
The furnishings blend in with the architecture of the space without losing their prominence, achieving a clean look that is very Mediterranean.
Together, everything reflects the identity of Arregui Villas: a real estate company where design, architecture, and technical consulting are part of the same philosophy.
