I can't give you a non-5 star rating. For work reasons I have had to work with many APIs and as in all trades there are better and worse but in the case of Juanma I have to say that the experience has been excellent. We bought a villa through this real estate agency and although the previous owners were non-resident foreigners, they took care of everything. Dual language contracts, signing by proxy, everything. Once the purchase was made and despite the fact that the house was in good condition we decided to make some small reforms. They budgeted and as the price was correct they executed them. In short, of course I would repeat.

We decided to buy our current house with all the typical doubts of first-timers in the sector, especially when it comes to the first home and I can say that we could not choose better real estate. They advised and guided us from the first contact, solving all our questions with unbeatable patience and treatment. He short-listed a number of villas that met our criteria and didn't try to push us to see ones that didn't meet our criteria. He was also enjoyable to spend time with and didn't seem to mind our 5-year-old tagging along. Of course he is also fluent in English (essential for many foreign buyers), and direct and reliable.
